Nicht existenter Kundenservice. Negative: Die elektronische Anlage am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert und das Notruftelefon war nicht besetzt. So standen wir um Mitternacht mehr als eine Stunde vor dem Eingang. Auf meine Mail hat vor 9.00 am Morgen niemand reagiert. Keine Entschuldigung keine Vergütung.

Positive: Täydellinen sijainti. Kaikki tarvittava löytyy. Negative: Asunnossa vuodesohva joka ihan ok. Kolmas lapsi nukkui todella pienessä huoneessa jossa rikkinäinen vuodesohva.

Positive: Location was perfect, just a few blocks from the railway station and right next to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Public transport was just outside the door, but many of the attractions are easily accessed by foot. This apartment offered keyless entry and we were initially somewhat confused by the directions, but once we got there it all made sense. The apartment itself was quite pleasant. We especially liked the expansive balcony with a comfortable seating area and a small dining set.

Excellent family apartment, nice kitchen and sauna. Positive: Excellent location in Helsinki Negative: Not having a key for the trash area or to quickly enter the building complex from the shopping mall.
