Uniikki moderni 50m2+sauna Kampin Keskuksessa

Positive: Fantastic location for us with groceries, restaurants, and travel needs nearby (train, bus, bikes, etc). Good apartment with all the basic necessities. Negative: We needed to add a day to our stay, which proved difficult. Check-in outside of normal hours was complicated. Key worked for outer entrance and room, but not for main building entrance, so we had to enter through bike storage many times.

Bonne adresse, j’y retournerai volontiers Positive: Location, côté pratique, moderne Negative: Le fait de devoir aller chercher les clés dans une autre rue… plutôt astreignant quand on ne connaît pas la ville et qu’on doit trainer ses bagages. Et il fait deux clés pour rentrer après 21h. Mais ce sont des petits inconvénients seulement

Positive: NADA. Las indicaciones de checkin eran confusas y pasada la hora el botón de desbloqueo de la puerta desapareció aún no habiéndose pulsado nunca. Así que llegué del aeropuerto y no pude entrar en mi alojamiento. Además, no había personal para atenderme. Así que me tocó dormir en la calle Negative: El sistema de checkin. Espero de devuelvan el dinero y compensen el dormir en la calle

Ottimo appartamento centrale Positive: L’appartamento ha una posizione fantastica: 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e nel centro commerciale più grande della zona (solo per uscire, se con l’ascensore si scende fino all’ultimo piano si esce direttamente nel centro commerciale davanti alle fermate del bus). Pulito, con sauna (che non abbiamo usato perché non avevamo tempo, lavatrice e asciugatrice Negative: All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto preparare noi il divano letto (forse in Finlandia funziona così…) La cucina non aveva nulla di fondamentale per cucinare (niente sale,zucchero,olio…)

Definitely avoid Positive: Location v convenient. Negative: 1. Managing agent: have to go through identity check, then say collect code from another location; then send process through email link - no response to messages nor phone call - just all agents are busy - not helpful at all when arrived in Helsinki 2. Access: have to have code to enter 1st door in street, then lift to 3rd floor then walk across open area to 2nd door, then used code to enter, then take lift to 6th floor, then at flat door have to press open door on connected phone link. Means people have to be together with the one access link. V complex and stressful for foreigner with no Internet access. 3. Flat itself cannot open windows and bedroom cooking hot - could not sleep on bed for all 3 nights as too warm - v uncomfortable. Regret booking and will definitely not book anything under banner 2nd homes again. Such a difference to the next booking we had with different people.
