Bright and Cozy Studio in Kluuvi w/ Balcony

Most HORRIBLE experience ever. Please DO NOT book this place. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED Positive: Absolutely NOTHING! This AirBnB is a CHEAT. It is a DIRTY UNSAFE place. I have travelled almost 36 countries and this is my worst experience I have ever had. They take extra 200 euros from a third party website as a deposit fee and do not refund a single amount. Negative: 1. The staff is rude and horrible 2. The property was not clean when we arrived and afterwards the cleaners came but they folded the duvet and bedsheets without changing the used sheets. 3. The smart lock door opens just like that without using your phone and it feels very unsafe. Twice we went out and returned to find the door opens. 4. The lift door has terrible issues and does not open even when the switches are pressed. You have to wait long hours until someone comes and opens from inside. So eventually you can get locked out anytime during day and night. 5. The staffs are BIG TIME WHITE CHEATS and they won’t refund a single penny even if you can’t stay in their terrible DIRTY AND UNSAFE APARTMENT. 6. They will cheat you to another third-party website to pay 200 euros deposit fee to check in the apartment and get the smart keys which they won’t refund after you made your booking on booking.com 7. Photos attached during check in. Please note even before we started using the room it was given to us in the following condition.

Bien commencé, mais extrêmement stressant à la fin- Positive: L'emplacement, le balcon et le confort général . Très pratique pour voir la ville à pieds. Negative: Système d'ouverture de la porte avec le WIFI - Instruction pas claires. On m'a dit à la fin de mon séjour que j'aurais dû avoir une clef, mais je ne l'ai jamais eue! La veille de mon départ, je ne pouvais plus entrer dans l'appartement- ! Pas de réponse au numéro de téléphone indiqué. J'ai pu chater avec un employé, mais il semble qu'après 45 minutes, j'ai enfin pu ouvrir la porte avec le système WIFI... mais l'employé ne sait pas pourquoi . EXTRÊMEMENT STRESSANT!!! Même si l'appartement était très bien et surtout l'emplacement, je ne retournerais pas à cause de la mauvaise communication/indications pour ouvrir la porte. Aussi, j'ai dû acheter une éponge et des linges pour faire la vaisselle ( il n'y en avait pas) et la douche est un peu vétuste.

Edullinen keskellä helsinkiä Positive: Sijainti todella hyvä, kätevä oven avaus netin kautta. Perus asunnon välineet oli saatavilla joten pariskunnan kanssa toimii hyvin. Parveke todella kiva lisäbonus :) Negative: Ilkunat oli pesemättä ja sohva todella epämukava.

Positive: Good quality versus price. Quiet. Easy access. Very quick responses from host. Negative: A bit small.

Great location Positive: Perfect location, very close from for the train station Negative: They didn't have shampoo or body shower.
