Positive: Ērta lokācija, lai nokļūtu gan uz populārākajām apskates vietās, gan kafejnīcām, restorāniem. Klusi kaimiņi. Sakopta apkārtējā vide. Apartamentos pieejams viss nepieciešamais. Ātra komunikācija ar izīrētāju.
Negative: Jāņem vērā, ka pēc apartamentu atslēgām būs jādodas uz citu adresi.
