Gorgeous Courtyard home with Sauna in Kruununhaka

Absolutely terrible!! Positive: Position only Negative: I would not stay here again there was no aircon and the windows couldn’t be opened except for small casement ones so little air circulation at all had to keep door open and then full of mosquitoes On top of that the stove did t work nor the tv and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told they don’t work on weekends when they said they would come at 8.30 Monday no one turned up! My complaints fell on deaf ears I asked for compensation and they offered me a 15% discount on my next stay!as if I’d ever consider staying in this place Please reconsider if thinking of booking this place!you will be sorry!

Positive: 部屋は広く清潔で、チェックインの方法やWi-Fi環境も特に問題ありませんでした。立地についてもスーパーやトラムが近くにあり快適でした。 Negative: 洗濯機と乾燥機付きでしたが操作が煩雑で苦戦しました。

Good experience overall Positive: Great location, wonderful yard with the personal entrance, the flat if great, comfortable bad, clean nice towels and sheets . They had everything needed and nice new furniture. Negative: The service fee was almost the amount of the booking, and we noticed it too late. Also we were surprised with the 200€ deposit, it should be more specified before the booking.

概ね快適でした。 Positive: 立地は最高でした。 キーの受け取り方も分かりやすかったし、スタッフの対応も迅速でした。 Negative: wifiが予め案内されたパスで繋がらず、何度も問い合わせが必要になった。結果的には繋がったので良かったけれど、3日滞在する内の1日は不便だった。

Wohnung mit Potential - das leider immer mehr verlorengeht Positive: Gute und ruhige Lage Negative: Als wir die Wohnung betraten kam uns ein furchtbarer Geruch entgegen. Ein riesiges Holzbrett war eingebettet in geronnener und getrockneter Milch. Die Waschmaschine mussten wir erst einmal reinigen. Schimmel hatte sich an den Gummidichtungen abgesetzt. So wie die Besucher vor uns fanden wir eine alte Socke im Schrank, die Fernbedienung für den TV war immer noch weg und auch das W-LAN haben wir am Ende nur aktiveren können, indem wir den Router gesucht und den darauf abgebildeten QR Code gescannt haben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietungsfirma war freundlich, führte aber zu keinem Ergebnis. Meine letzten Mails wurden ignoriert…
