Cozy 2BR home with Balcony and Sauna by Kaisaniemi

Positive: Good space and location Negative: Lack of service . I had issues with wifi and no one picked the call. The fixtures are also old and in desperate need of repair.

Good property, painful key pick up Positive: It’s a lovely, spacious, apartment and the sauna is perfect. Beds are comfortable, living room is nicely furnished, WiFi is fast. Amazingly central location. Negative: Please communicate clearer that you have to walk 13 minutes away to a different part of the city to collect. I spent 35 minutes walking around, across Google Maps, Apple Maps. I spoke to two strangers and showed them the instructions, no luck! It really affected my first impression of Finland, which had been spotless from airline, airport, train. I was so impressed with your pick up instructions with images. But this key pick up was an absolute mission. Eventually, I realised ‘Pick up from meant a street name. No mention of time required to walk, a Google Map pin, map graphic. The other gripe was supplying shampoo but no soap or shower gel, but that’s forgivable.

Positive: The Sauna (as a tourist) was amazing, and just what we needed after a hard day of working.

Negative: Huoneisto oli vähän kolkko ja pikkuasiat hassuja, esim verhojen asettelu

Nice place with some wear and tear. It’s a great place, but be prepared for some caveats. Positive: Great location, absolutely no street noise. Nice apartment with great layout. Negative: Washing room smelled horribly. Furniture was "well used".
