Cozy 2BR home with Balcony and Sauna by Kaisaniemi

Convenient but not clean. Positive: Excellent location. Easy walk to the Christmas markets. Parks with playground in front. Train station very close. Negative: It was unclean and there were broken items. My daughter sat on the seat by the door to put on her shoes and it collapsed, it was already broken with removed screws and they had just placed the seat top back on. One of the beds was unclean / dirty sheets. There was a very dirty cushion on the bed as well that they turned backwards to cover up the dirty cushion cover. The handle to the bathroom was broken. The whole apartment needs a paint and fixing up generally.

Positive: Great location, quiet street, nice apartment. Fast Wi-Fi. Historic building, good atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Negative: Only one set of keys made it complicated to get in and out if separate schedules. The apartment was good, but felt a lite bit "tired", could become excellent with small upgrades and minor improvements. Shower was not functioning properly, and the walls were in need of a good clean-up. Note that there is no elevator.
