Unfair
Negative: The keys did not work the second time we entered ed the apartment. I was stuck outside with two kids and no hotline they gave us was contactable. I was then forced to use my own measures to pick the lock. Customer service was horrible. No one called me and my children were panicking.

Location is great! Apartment appears to be lacking regular maintenance and a thorough cleaning.
Positive: Not much to like. Even though we requested early arrival keys were not available. Had to go and have coffee at the Fazer on the corner.
Negative: No Keys when we got there had to wait even though requested early arrival.

Positive: Great location, close to the station, port, as well as restaurants and shops.
Negative: The interior exterior door was still removed and placed against the wall with the mirror. There was no carpet in the shower room, you could slip on the wet tiles.

Positive: La ubicación era perfecta. El apartamento era muy grande
Negative: La cama de la habitación pequeña era muy estrecha. No me gustó el desplazamiento a por la llave de la casa.
