Cozy and Compact studio in Kamppi

Positive: Great location Negative: Some items I felt like I needed to clean myself before I felt comfortable. The bathroom sink drains so slowly. Somethings were missing. I had to buy a pot to use on the stove for 3€ while I was there.

Took 200E deposit and did not want to give it back... Positive: Apartment was in good spot, near city center with good communication. Negative: The place took 200E deposit by external page (not by booking.com) and they firstly replied that it will take few days to give it back then they went radio silent. After a month I approached them and they did not want to give my money back to me, accusing me of smoking indoor which I obviously did not do. I admit that I left almost full pack of cigarettes' on a table while checking out (I did not want them, it was bad late evening decision to buy them in the first place) and they used it as a "proof" against me for smoking indoor. I left apartment in great condition, i did some of the cleaning myself. I imagine it is not the first time they don't want to give back deposit to their client, whole situation felt sketchy. Fortunately, booking.com customer support solved it for me, but it was long and and stressful process. Apartment is quite dirty with difficult to open lock, key pickup is few blocks away, which is not very convenient. It seems to be ok if you only to plan sleep as it is near city center, and you don't mind some dirt here and there, old kitchen equipment and not working TV. Of course if they will give your deposit back in the first place.
