Charming & Cozy 2BR Apartment in the Center

Positive: Låg väldigt bra, nära centralstation, rymlig lägenhet! Negative: När vi skulle hämta nycklarna så fanns det inga där i kodlåset! Lägenheten var inte klar, låset var väldigt kärvt, diskmaskinen fungerade inte, dåligt med värme, handdukar fattas.

Full of character, very comfortable, warm as toast, perfect location in the city. Negative: One bedroom had no curtain and there was work going on in the park that had a floodlight on all night. The only issue we had but good sleep is important when travelling.

差差差差差差差差差差差 Positive: 直接看图吧，全是找不到钥匙的人！是自助入住，问题如下，给大家参考：1️⃣取钥匙的地方离住的地方步行来回半小时2️⃣取不到钥匙（有的是密码错误 有的密码对的但是不出钥匙）请看图片，都是没钥匙在想办法联系公寓的人3️⃣根本联系不上！！！😡😡😡还下雨，当天我看见的，三波人，也是找不到钥匙的！！！4️⃣取不到钥匙，电话不接，邮件不回，无法入住，拒绝退款5️⃣别订别订别订 Negative: Just look at the pictures, they are full of people who can't find their keys! It was a self check in and the problems were as follows for your reference: 1️⃣ The place to pick up the keys was a half hour round trip walk from the place where you stayed 2️⃣ Couldn't pick up the keys (some had the wrong password some had the right password but wouldn't come out with the keys) Please see the pictures, it was all people who didn't have the keys and were trying to get in touch with the flat 3️⃣ Couldn't get in touch with the people at all😡😡😡!!! 4️⃣ couldn't pick up the key, didn't answer phone calls, didn't answer emails, couldn't check in, refused to refund 5️⃣ don't book don't book don't book don't book

Very disappointing stay, would not recommend. Negative: We did not use the shower as we felt it was not clean, grouting all needed to be repaired.

Roomy apartment in a great location Positive: Very roomy apartment with a great airy sitting room in a great location. It was very close to the central train station with a lot of bars and restaurants within a short distance as well as shopping centres and supermarkets. Negative: Keys had to be collected from a lock box at a second location 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction from the apartment - a pain when with suitcases. Also, injured my finger when the key box closed. Also, most other apartments I've stayed at provide not just the coffee maker but a small amount of coffee and filters so that one can at least make one or two coffees before buying additional supplies. Not here. There were no teabags and no tea towels either. And neither were there any left-over bits and bobs from previous guests (eg salt & pepper, oil, etc). We didn't end up using any of the appliances except the kettle and the dishwasher (had to as there were no teatowels).
