Deluxe Studio with Sauna & Balcony

Remek lokáció. Jó ár érték arány. Modern, szép épület és apartman. Positive: Remek helyen van, egy bevásárlóközpontnál.Modern épület, teraszos lakás. Jól felszerelt. Negative: Szauna is van a fürdőszobában, de azt nem tudtuk beüzemelni. Kissé sötét a lakás.

Positive: Basically, the apartment is very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. It's clean. And theoretically, there is a sauna. This is also the main reason why we chose this apartment for our stay. Negative: Unfortunately, the sauna didn't work. There is an instruction provided, but it just wouldn't heat up. We contacted the staff at the very first night. We were informed that someone would come by the next day to check the sauna and help us. We agreed that they could enter the flat no matter if we are there or not. However, nobody came and the sauna didn't work. We messaged almost every day and received responses like “We will prioritize it,” “Maintenance will be here in a few hours,” and so on. At the end of our four-night stay, nobody came by and we were unable to use the sauna at all. Until today, we haven't received any apology or information as to what the problem was. No matter if there was a technical problem or if we just couln't figure out how it properly works: we did not receive any help. This type of communication and customer service is just very poor.

Harika bir konaklama Positive: Ev çok merkezi. Hemen altında kocaman bir AVM var. Gezilecek görülecek her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Evde her detay düşünülmüş. Balkon çok büyük, rahat ve keyifli.
