Negative: The room looked nothing like any of the photos I saw. It was very small, had very little natural light, and the bed was one of the smallest I've ever slept on. Some of the lights in the apartment didn't work, so the only option at night was harsh overhead lighting. There was no shampoo, conditioner or shower soap — had there at least been some earning of this I would have brought my own. I had extenuating circumstances my last morning and requested a late check out (10 am was the set checkout) — CityKoti made no effort to accommodate this, and requested I take out the trash as well, which after everything else felt like a bit of an insult.

Negative: The only criticism is the key/lock. Very difficult to open the door either from the outside or inside. Took a few attempts before realising had to pull the door in and then slowly let it out before turning the handle. Could have explained this in the instructions but really should just be replaced for a better lock

Never again Positive: the instructions to collect the key were very clear Negative: The room was horrible the bed was so small you couldn’t turn over the door kept on slamming next to me where the washing machine was It felt like a hostel
