Charming 1BR Apartment with Sauna in the Center

Positive: The apartment was more than comfortable for the two of us, close to the city etc., Negative: Nothing we didn’t like about the apartment…. However, The check in time was difficult, 4.00pm and if you wanted to get in earlier you had to pay extra 💰. The key pickup wasn’t at the property address, it was a 15 to 20 minute walk from the central train station & in the opposite direction to the apartment location, there has to be a better way to pick up the key for this property address & not somewhere else !

Superb strategic Positive: Location. Indeed strategic Negative: Dont know where to throw the rubbish when u check out. Others are awesome

Positive: Clean apartment, there is everything you need. Very good location. Customer service answered our call very fast and helped us with the check-in. Negative: Check-in complicated and instructions not accurate. The ladder to the bed upstairs is very dangerous and not easy to climb. There were nails on the wall next to the ladder that scratched us very painfully. Nails should be removed from the wall for safety reasons.

Okay for a single person/couple in a short stay Positive: The location is really good. Negative: The check in/out is overly complicated. You need to take the keys from a 15-20min walk distance. Instead of having a simple list of instructions they send you links but the pages didn’t load properly for me. Although the location is great, the windows didn’t close tightly so it was a bit noisy from the metro, tram, buses and people around. Some lamps were not working. No instructions where are the building trash bins. I still don’t know where are they. The extra beds over the kitchen were only accessible by a very dangerous stair. The place has some cracks on the walls, lacks door handle, and shower faucet buttons.

Positive: Excellent location Negative: A lot of the lighting is broken, rooms are dark and gloomy on cloudy days and in the evenings. A bit run down (e.g. bedroom door handle broken, paint peeling). The two extra sleeping spots on the elevated under-ceiling platform were difficult to reach even for adults and unusable for small children due to the stewp maritime-style metallic single-pole ladder with asymmetrical foot pegs.
