Worst nightmare of our 30 years travelling experience. Positive: Booking through booking.com was easy. Negative: It iwas the worst nightmare of our travelling experience extending over 30 years. Information provided at the time of booking was incomplete and untruthful. The location of the apartment was far from the key collection point. The instructions were scanty, no support was available at 2ndHome Studio office either at site or remotely. The telephone numbers displayed at 2ndHome office never get answered. The keys did not open the apartment, could not stay in the apartment. The 2ndHome studios refused to give our deposit back till the long arduous battle fought by both Booking.com customer services and us finally managed to win our deposit refunded. No apologies we're offered by 2ndHome Studios not to speak of compensation. It ruined our holiday experience in Helsinki. Never ever book this place.
