Not recommended – several disappointing aspects Positive: Only a good location Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. Here are some of the key issues we experienced: The key pick-up location was different from the actual accommodation, which was quite inconvenient, especially after a long trip with heavy luggage. Having to go to two different addresses just to check in was frustrating. The entrance door and its lock were difficult to operate. It took several attempts each time to open the door, which was annoying and time-consuming. There was ongoing renovation work right outside the apartment during our stay, resulting in constant daytime noise and a lack of privacy. The area just outside the building's main entrance was full of trash from day one until the end of our stay, which gave a very unpleasant first impression. The front door of the apartment was located directly next to several trash bins, which was neither hygienic nor pleasant. The apartment was sparsely equipped. Basic essentials were missing — for example, there were no slippers provided for the bathroom or toilet. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortably soft, to the point that it caused back discomfort and made it hard to sleep properly. While the location might work for some travelers, the overall experience was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Estancia buena para turistas por pocos días Positive: La ubicación es muy buena para poder llegar incluso a pie a muchas partes importantes de la ciudad. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y olía muy agradable. Negative: La distribución es distinta de la que se muestra en las fotos, el apartamento tiene ventanas que dan con un patio central, si se tiene cualquiera de las cortinas arriba cualquiera puede ver absolutamente todo dentro del apartamento, entonces me mantuve siempre con las cortinas abajo y me sentí muy encerrada al ser un espacio tan reducido, trabajando casi todos los días desde allí Porq yo trabajo remotamente, entonces para los que trabajamos así no recomiendo en este apto, es más para sólo ir a dormir y ya porq tampoco es cómodo para cocinar, hay escasos implementos, no dejaron esponja para lavar, ni una toalla de cocina, un único rollo de papel higiénico para 10 días de estancia, no había jabón para el cuerpo, ese tipo de facilidades hace faltaban hacen incurrir en gastos adicionales. Hay que tomar en cuenta el hecho de llegar después del horario de atención de ellos, yo llegué a las 10 y necesité ayuda para encontrar el sitio donde dejaron las llaves pero no había nadie quien atendiera el teléfono. Durante el día mía dudas fueron atendidas sin problema.

Positive: Está bien ubicado, fácil de llegar a pie desde el centro de la ciudad. Está muy limpio. Negative: Es muy pequeño para cuatro personas, está acondicionado, pero es muy incómodo para las personas que duermen arriba. Cobran 200 euros de depósito, que es un gasto extra mientras reintegran. Pero para pocas noches está bien en general. Las llaves están retiradas del lugar.
