Cozy & Spacious 79m2 2BR Apartment with Sauna

Would definitely stay there again. The host responded to my concerns Positive: Great location. A block from the metro and a grocery store across the street. Very close to a park and the water Negative: The sauna was on where we arrived and the apt was very warm. The towel heater was also on and could not be turned off. It made a thumping noise at all times. Had to keep the bathroom door closed due to the noise.

Disappointing Positive: The apartment is in a great location and is very spacious. Negative: - several things in the apartment not functional or not present: sauna stool to climb on the benches broken, no sauna sitting pads, no spare towels for a longer stay, no dishwasher tablets, no basic cooking essentials like salt... - no information on how to dispose of garbage, how to use the sauna, wifi etc. - dirty dishes in the cupboards - customer service hardly answers and not helpful at all (we asked for the sauna pads and 48 hours later we got a reply asking other whether we checked the wardrobes - the problem was never solved) - check-in not very handy since the keys need to be collected in a place that is in the city center - overall apartment way too pricy for what you get
