Went to Helsinki for a family celebration, but instead had to deal with filth and desrepair. Positive: Location is good. Not far from the center. Negative: The apartment did not match the description: - cleanliness aspect: the apartment is in a really filthy condition, dust, couch coushions are covered in stains beyond the state of cleanable; frying pans are greasy; hard surfaces are dusty, scratched, stained, and /or dentend and broken; bedding has stands of hair on it; the floors are sticky; auxilary / washing machine room is cluttered, etc. - the advertised sauna, TV, Internet - did not work; - the hosts were not responsive: they promised to send a technictian to fix the sauna, TV, Internet connectivity, but failed to follow through on that promise; instead, they chose a strategy of asking questions over and over again.
